We have been hosting a wellness retreat at this venue for a number of years including dates through covid. The managers are so helpful from admin to service, impeccable, can not fault them. The property is well maintained and has everything you need for a large group event. If there is any issue the house manager Mandy is always immediately available, but there are rarely any issues in all of the last 5 years. The location is stunning, private and you can see how well they take care of the properties and grounds. Highly recommend this venue for a family party, gathering or event.

We had a fantastic time at The Barn, everyone was very impressed with the facilities and surroundings. Beautiful bedrooms, and comfortable living spaces, the kitchen was well equipped. Thank you for the stay!

We had such a great long weekend at Great Higham. The properties are stunning and we were welcomed by Mandy who had left the properties spotlessly clean and tidy. The swimming pool was a welcome bonus as we didn’t think it would be open. A great time was had by all, and we are already thinking of booking next year 🙂 xxx

We had a group stay for thanksgiving in November 2022. A lovely house that comfortably slept out group of 18. The house is well stoked, great big table which fit everybody and a lovely location and view from the house.

This was such an amazing long weekend. Perfect for a group of friends for my 30th to spend time in a private stunning space fully equipped with cooking facilities, technology and grand yet comfy spaces. The host/manager was flexible, lovely and extremely responsive. This barn is extremely high quality and allowed us to spend time together but also separate spaces to relax. Would highly recommend!

We had the Oast House plus the 2 cottages. Lovely places. Pool and tennis court a great bonus, beds really comfy.

Lovely property in lovely tranquil surroundings. Very comfortable beds , spotless and very well equipped. Swimming pool was lovely just the right temperature. Would recommend to extended families and as a getaway to enjoy with friends .

Very nice stay. Perfect for a big group, the hot tub was a nice touch. Plenty of space to make food. Beautiful surroundings. Any questions sent to Mandy were answered straight away, very helpful. Would happily go back!

We have rented a large number of properties over the years to be able to bring our growing family together. Everyone agreed this was the best place we’ve stayed. I can’t think of anything that would have improved it- everything we could possibly need was supplied-and then some! The staff we met or spoke to were friendly and professional.
