Great Higham Oast is full of special, original features both internally and externally and recently renovated in 2026, with cosy interiors for a winter break and great open spaces for the summer months.
It’s open plan living and dining area brings the group together and a fully fitted kitchen with all of the equipment you need means that catering for a large group is simply a breeze! The Oast guests have shared access to the Swimming Pool and Tennis Court and this property has Starlink WIFI.
In the summer months you can also spill out onto the lawn and your own south facing patio area, seating 12 with a BBQ to use on sunny evenings.
We are also very excited to announce that coming in February 2027 we have our very own hot tub being installed in the Oast grounds – making 2027 stays that little bit more special!

Plum and Cherry Cottages forming part of the booking with the Oast benefit from their own open plan living space, opening onto your enclosed lawn with patio area and BBQ, it’s bedroom on a open mezzanine floor, a wood burner for those cosy winter nights and modern touches throughout (including a fully fitted kitchen with TV/DVD and Starlink WiFi) the Oast & Cottages have a wealth to offer groups looking to visit this picturesque corner of Kent.
Cherry and Plum Cottages each sleep 2 guests but can both sleep an additional 2 guests in the sitting room using the double sofa bed – please see bedroom configuration below:
